Property Accountant

My client, one of Central New Jersey's most respected Commercial Real Estate owner/developers is hiring a Property Accountant. Day to day you will be responsible for:

Month End Reporting
CAM Reconciliations
Accounts Receivable
Financial Statement Preparation
Budget preparation

The ideal candidate will have a BS in Accounting or Finance, 3+ years of commercial property accounting experience, Intermediate Excel and YARDI experience.
