The Opportunity
We are seeking a 360 Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our
dynamic, energetic, and collaborative team in New York City. In
this role, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from
sourcing and placing top-tier talent to acquiring new clients and
fostering strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
The ideal candidate is a people-oriented professional with
excellent communication skills-both over the phone and in
person-experience in the staffing industry, and a proven track
record in business development, account management, and high-level
talent acquisition.
Responsibilities
Source, screen, and pre-qualify candidates in alignment with
specific job requisitions.
Conduct thorough assessments and interviews to evaluate candidates'
suitability, qualifications, and interest.
Manage end-to-end communication with candidates throughout the
recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and professional
experience.
Build, maintain, and nurture strong relationships with both clients
and candidates to foster long-term engagement.
Understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions, addressing
inquiries and conducting timely follow-ups.
Maintain accurate records of recruitment and sales activities using
CRM software, ensuring a well-organized pipeline.
Collaborate with leadership on setting and achieving recruitment
and sales targets, including strategic planning and forecasting for
both short- and long-term business development initiatives.
Qualifications
Strong internet research skills with proven experience sourcing
candidates through online databases and platforms.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a high-volume,
high-quality candidate pipeline within tight deadlines.
Exceptional interviewing, communication, organizational, and
problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining
strong attention to detail.
Deep expertise in all aspects of full-cycle recruiting, including
sourcing, screening, networking, assessing, interviewing,
relationship management, and due diligence.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and email communication
tools.
Energetic, personable, and professional with a friendly and
approachable demeanor.
Confident and effective in communicating with C-level
executives.
Strong analytical skills and excellent time management
capabilities.
Experience recruiting for finance and technical roles.
Minimum of 5 years of experience working in an executive search or
staffing firm.
An existing book of business is strongly preferred.
Compensation & Schedule
Starting base salary: $60,000 + Competitive commission
structure
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (Eastern Time)
Work Location: Fully remote (U.S. based)
