Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Controller to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key leadership role in overseeing the financial operations of a mission-driven organization. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of financial management including accounting, budgeting, financial analysis, and general ledger reconciliation. Ensure compliance with all regulatory reporting requirements and maintain accurate, up-to-date financial records. Prepare timely financial statements and reports for internal leadership and external stakeholders. Conduct detailed account analysis and offer recommendations to enhance financial performance. Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to support strong internal controls. Partner with internal departments to provide financial guidance and support strategic decision-making. Lead the annual audit process and liaise with external auditors to ensure timely and accurate reporting. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance preferred. Proven experience in a Controller or senior accounting role with a strong background in corporate accounting. Deep knowledge of financial management principles, practices, and regulatory requirements. Exceptional analytical skills and keen attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
