Billing Coordinator About the Firm: CFS is working with a prominent over 40 year old manufacturing company that also has a construction component to their business. They are seeking a Billing Coordinator to join their accounting team immediately This role will be reporting into the Controller and will be supported by their team The position will be in office full time in their Middlesex, NJ office Responsibilities of the role include: • Review and prepare billing • Work with the Project Managers in collecting data for the billing of their clients • Prepare summary of amounts earned, billed and collected to support final (retention) billings • File duplicate copies of billings and lien releases • File photocopies of checks received • Maintain job billing files • Respond to inquiries regarding billings Qualifications of the Billing Coordinator should include: Ideally 1 years of relevant billing/AR experience at a construction or professional service firm with project billing Basic Excel skills required; experience with third party billing online systems is a major plus!
