AS A FULL-TIME TELLER, YOU WILL: · Deliver remarkable & quality member service for a variety of banking transactions, including, but not limited to, deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing. · Provide members with efficient & accurate transaction processing. · Maintain proper cash procedures according to Credit Union guidelines. · Look for opportunities to refer members to products & services that will enhance their financial well-being. · Assist with ATM settlement & account verifications. · Complete daily teller proof balancing. · Listen to our members & understand that being an effective advocate means taking the time to really grasp specific financial needs. · Have the knowledge to identify all the practical options available to tangibly improve our members’ financial lives. · Show our members how much we value them & their business, by consistently exceeding their expectations. TO QUALIFY FOR THIS POSITION, YOU MUST HAVE: ü High school diploma or equivalent ü Minimum 2 years’ cash handling experience ü Minimum 2 years’ customer service or sales experience
