Location: Stamford, CT Compensation: $80-95k Work modality: hybrid work schedule Key Responsibilities: Financial Analysis & Planning Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, closing periods, forecasting, and long-term planning Analyze and communicate weekly metrics, monthly/quarterly results, and annual projections Review financial data to provide insights and recommendations for cost control and efficiency Prepare and present financial reports to leadership and stakeholders Support special analyses to evaluate new initiatives or changes in business strategies Identify opportunities to improve processes and streamline reporting Identify budget and year-over-year variances with meaningful insights Adapt to changing priorities and effectively manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Work both independently and collaboratively across various teams Work with Finance Manager and Finance Director to align financial goals with operational strategies Provide financial guidance to operational teams to ensure budget alignment Participate in regular meetings with support teams and leadership to maximize revenue and profitability Identify opportunities to enhance workflows and implement best practices Use technology and automation tools to streamline data collection, reporting, and analysis Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field 2-3 years of experience in Finance or related area Strong analytical skills with attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting tools Advanced Excel - including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs Experience with data analysis tools and programming languages beneficial but not required
