Job Description:
Neighborhood Health Centers of the Lehigh Valley is in search of
a full-time Controller. The Controller is responsible for the
oversight of fiscal operations, including general accounting,
budgeting, payroll, accounts payable, fee for service billing and
patient accounting, managed care claims processing, grants
administration and other contracted services billing and
collection. No less then 80% of time is devoted to Health Center
Program operations and compliance. If you are looking for an

for the controller position is as follows: MBA/CPA or related
degree (will consider a B.A with addition of other qualifications).
At least 3 years of broad financial and operations management
experience with increased responsibilities Must be able to
demonstrate financial management knowledge of health care services,
with experience with third-party reimbursement systems and cost
reporting requirements. A successful track record in setting
priorities; keen analytic, organization and problem-solving skills
which support and enable sound decision making Excellent
communication and relationship building skills with an ability to
prioritize, negotiate, and work with a variety of internal and
external stakeholders A multi-tasker with the ability to wear many
hats in a fast-paced environment Personal qualities of p
rofessionalism, integrity, credibility, and dedication in support
of the mission of Neighborhood Health Centers of the Lehigh Valley.
Ability to promote a patient-centered, positive workplace.
Competence with computers, MS Office Software and working with
electronic medical records. PA Child Abuse, PA Criminal and FBI
Clearances.
