Our mission is to deliver impactful solutions.Social Media Marketing SpecialistLocation: East Brunswick, New Jersey Only (work from Office only no Remote) Excellent Salary and benefitsThe Role We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Marketing Specialist with experience in RFP submission, conducting corporate shows, and creating captivating PowerPoint presentations. As a Social Media Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, managing online presence, and supporting various marketing initiatives.Responsibilities:Content Creation: Develop and manage engaging and relevant content for various digital platforms such as websites, blogs, social media, and email marketing.Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Optimize website content to improve organic search rankings,drive traffic and increase visibility on search engines like Google.Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and publish posts on social media platforms. Monitor and engage with the audience, analyze performance metrics, and adjust strategies accordingly.Email Marketing: Develop email marketing campaigns, including creating email content, managing subscriber lists, and analyzing campaign effectiveness.Content Marketing: Develop and execute content marketing strategies, including blogging, guest posting, and influencer collaborations.Social Media Advertising: Create and manage paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms to reach specific target. Qualifications:Someone with minimum 5 years of experience in Social Media & Digital MarketingBachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation software.Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Creative thinking and a passion for staying up to date with digital marketing trends. Strong organizational and project management abilities.Certifications in digital marketing (e.g.,Google Ads, HubSpot) a plus
