Power Energy will play a crucial role in ensuring customer
satisfaction and seamless operation of our service processes. This
position requires effective communication and strong organizational
skills to manage service appointments and customer inquiries.
Responsibilities: Manage service requests from customers, ensuring
timely and effective responses. Schedule and coordinate service
appointments for field technicians. Communicate with customers
regarding service status, updates, and follow-ups. Maintain
accurate records of service activities and customer interactions in
the company CRM. Collaborate with the operations team to resolve
service issues and ensure the highest level of customer
satisfaction. Assist in preparing service reports and analysis for
management. Participate in training sessions to enhance product
knowledge and service offerings. Work closely with technicians to
understand service challenges and provide feedback for process
improvement. Requirements Strong organizational skills and
attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication
skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. Ability
to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Customer
service-oriented mindset with a focus on problem-solving. Ability
to work collaboratively in a team environment. Previous experience
in a service coordination or customer service role is preferred.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to
