Location: East Rockaway, New YorkJob Type: PermanentCompensation Range: $95,000 - 110,000 per yearOur client is seeking a highly creative and strategic Social Media & Graphic Design Manager to lead their digital presence. This is a dual-impact role perfect for a fashion-forward professional who can pivot seamlessly between high-level content strategy and hands-on graphic design. You will be the voice and visual identity of the brand across all platforms, driving growth through organic content, paid advertising, and innovative SEO strategies.This role is 100% onsite.Schedule: Mon-Thurs, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM | Fri, 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM Responsibilities:Social Media Leadership: Manage and grow all social channels (Instagram, TikTok, etc.), developing a distinct brand voice and maintaining a consistent posting cadence.Content Creation: Lead the end-to-end creative process, from conceptualizing content pillars to capturing and editing high-quality photo/video assets.Graphic Design: Design digital assets, marketing materials, and advertisements using Photoshop and the Adobe Creative Suite, ensuring all visuals align with current fashion trends.Paid Media & SEO: Execute and optimize ad campaigns across META and Google Ads; implement SEO best practices to drive traffic and conversion.Strategy & Analysis: Monitor industry trends and platform updates to keep the brand ahead of the curve. Track KPIs and report on the effectiveness of digital initiatives. Qualifications:Industry Expertise: A deep understanding of the fashion industry, including current aesthetics, trends, and consumer behavior.Technical Proficiency: Mastery of Adobe Photoshop and Graphic Design principles. High "tech-fluency" regarding new apps and platform features.Advertising Experience: Proven experience managing and scaling Google Ads and META Ads Manager.Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing professional graphic design work and successful social media campaigns (must include video/Reels/TikTok examples).
