Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. This role
offers a rewarding opportunity for a Speech-Language Pathologist
(SLP) to work within an educational setting, supporting students in
their communication development and academic success. The position
involves travel between multiple schools, providing variety and the
chance to impact a diverse student population. Key
Responsibilities: Conduct speech and language assessments to
identify student needs Develop and implement individualized therapy
plans aligned with educational goals Collaborate with teachers,
parents, and other professionals to support student progress
Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports Adapt therapy
approaches to a range of age groups and communication disorders
Travel between assigned school locations to deliver services
Desired Skills and Experience: Valid SLP certification and
licensure in New Jersey Experience working with school-aged
children in speech and language therapy Strong communication,
interpersonal, and organizational skills Ability to manage a
caseload across multiple sites and maintain flexibility with travel
requirements Knowledge of educational regulations and
Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) Location: Positions available
in Paterson, NJ, with travel required between school sites.
