Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and
minimum 1 years Special Education Teacher experience required.

considered. An early childhood educational role is available for a
Special Education Teacher specializing in preschool-aged students.
This contract position spans the current school year, beginning
immediately through June 12th, with one opening available. The
setting focuses on supporting students with special needs,
particularly those on the autism spectrum and with sensory
processing challenges. Location: Salem, NJ Key Responsibilities:
Deliver specialized instruction to preschool students with
disabilities, primarily those diagnosed with Autism Spectrum
Disorder (ASD) Address sensory integration needs within the
classroom environment Adapt teaching methods to meet the individual
learning needs of non-verbal students Collaborate with
interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement Individualized
Education Plans (IEPs) Monitor progress and adjust strategies to
ensure student success Maintain classroom and student records in
compliance with educational standards Desired Qualifications:
Experience as a Special Education Teacher, preferably in early
childhood settings Proven ability working with ASD students and
managing sensory-based learning challenges Familiarity with
communication strategies for non-verbal learners Flexibility to
serve as a substitute teacher if required Strong interpersonal and
communication skills to work effectively with students, families,
