Your Key Responsibilities Implements maintenance standards, and defines maintenance schedules and processes to ensure the availability of all manufacturing machines, for a single plant or MU assigned. Ensure implementation of approved methods, procedures and tools, manage budgets and resources as agreed. Define maintenance-specific processes and schedules, in cooperation with SC and/or production planning. Plan and coordinate all maintenance activities, across all assigned workshops. Contribute to design, layout, realization and/or optimization of technical infrastructure. Manage cooperation with external suppliers and maintenance service providers. Your Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technical degree/certificate with applicable experience 5 years of experience in related positions in manufacturing environment Demonstrates outstanding organizational abilities and superior time management skills Proven track record in leading both functional and cross-functional teams Possesses exceptional skills in both written and verbal communication This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment VISA or other sponsorship We look forward to your application.
