The Nurse Director of Surgical Services will also manage 5 Nurse Managers and multiple staff nurses and ancillary staff. Responsibilities -for this position include, but are not limited to promoting communication among interdisciplinary teams, providing management and direction of staff and patient care in all areas listed previously, ensuring quality of care and patient satisfaction, managing daily operations and budgets, ensuring patient care and service goals are met in accordance with accrediting body rules and regulations, and ensuring hospital, local, state, and federal rules and regulations are followed. -Located in the middle of New Jersey, this location is a fantastic place to enjoy your time off!
