Brain Injury Specialist to join our outstanding team in our in East
Brunswick, NJ location. Collage Rehabilitation Partners is a

clients with moderate to severe traumatic and acquired brain
injuries. We provide treatment for post-concussion syndrome,
stroke, memory loss, neurobehavioral issues and accident or
sports-related head injuries. Our CARF accredited, post acute
residential, vocational and outpatient programs are offered in the
Philadelphia, Pittsburgh regions of Pennsylvania, New Jersey,
Louisiana and Maryland, Georgia, North Carolina, Virginia, Texas,
Utah, Colorado, and California

We are searching for full time Clinical Site Manager to work in our
residential program, located in East Brunswick, NJ. This position
oversees and manages all aspects of designated sites and is
specifically responsible for program operations, staffing and
clinical programming. This role works collaboratively with the
Program and/or Clinical Director to manage the teams within their
program location(s), and focuses on maintaining a high level of
operational efficiency and consistently providing high quality
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Ensures implementation of governing policies and procedures (CARF,
Projects and identifies staffing needs and communicates same to
Program and Human Resources.
Ensures and monitors the proper application of policies regarding
hiring practices, disciplinary actions or termination, performance
appraisals, EEO, anti-discrimination, and employee recognition.
Responsible for overseeing orientation and training of staff in
designated sites. Identifies staff training needs and coordinates
resources to meet same.
Supports and enhances communication within designated sites (staff
communication log, staff meetings, supervision and feedback,
Keeps staff updated of changes in company policies, procedures or
other program/company related issues.
Monitors and ensures the completion and timely submission of all
required documentation by designated staff.
Participates in "on-call" system of coverage to support staffing,
client care and operational emergencies (includes holidays).
Identifies staffing patterns and budget parameters to promote
Coordinates scheduling with other programs to ensure proper
utilization of staff (sharing staff).
Monitors planned/unplanned program expenses and makes adjustments
as needed to remain within budget.
Maintains complete, up-to-date personnel records and other related
documents for designated staff in a confidential manner.
Responsible to assist in the development of the annual budget.
Responsible to collect data, monitor trends and communicate
information as appropriate to designated personnel.
Routinely attends and actively participates as a member of one or
more standing committees as requested by Program or Clinical
Maintains standards of cleanliness, maintenance and other health
and safety related requirements.
Thoroughly and accurately completes and submits weekly staffing
summaries, petty cash reconciliation and submits information needed
to process payroll on a biweekly basis.
Demonstrates skill to support clients in difficult situations (e.g.
refusal of activities, medications, and strategies).
Demonstrates ability to identify changes in clients' behavioral,
medical, emotional, cognitive, and physical condition and alert
applicable team members for appropriate care as needed.
Works directly with the client and provides minimum to maximum
assistance and/or supervision to promote the client's success in
daily living tasks, recreational activities and
vocational/educational pursuits as identified by clients' treatment
plan (e.g. residential/hygiene routines, meal prep and planning,
apartment/room upkeep, transportation training, pedestrian safety,
money management/budgeting systems, walking, PT exercises, visual

A bachelor's degree along with a minimum of two to three years
experience in the health care industry is required. Knowledge of
neuropsychology, substance abuse issues, behavior and cognitive
rehabilitation techniques is also desired. Experience working with
families is required. Interest in working within a team approach
system is also recommended. Competence in planning, organizational,
writing and time management skills are also required. Ability to
communicate with families, professionals and coworkers is a
Physical Requirements & Working Conditions
Regularly required to communicate, both orally and in writing;
occasionally required to speak on the telephone for extended
periods of time.
Occasionally required to sit; regularly required to bend, stoop,
