Job Description:
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Handle the day-to-day operations of assigned account(s),
including interview, offer, and onboarding coordination.
- Collaborate with customer contacts and key decision-makers to
define needs and determine the appropriate solution to exceed
customer needs.
- Develop and maintain strong client and contractor relationships
as well as maximize and expand existing relationships to drive
sales.
- Work with our internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction,
all lines of business are successful and effectively represented,
and that all client expectations and companywide goals are being
met.
- Regular in-depth client analysis, strategic account planning,
and forecasting activities.
- Track key account metrics.
- Provide effective problem resolution through taking ownership
of all incoming concerns and issues. Investigate and resolve any
concerns or issues.
- Identify and pursue additional opportunities for existing
clients, including SOW/Projects and collaborate with internal teams
to ensure growth.

Requirements
- A minimum of 2-7 years of Account Management experience in the
staffing industry is required.
- Experience working within an MSP/VMS environment is
required.
- Experience dealing with clients within the IT, Engineering,
Professional Services, Finance and/or Healthcare industries is
strongly preferred.
- Must be willing and able to travel as needed.
