Group Home Assistant Managers Residential Program Edison & Marlboro, NJ locations The New Jersey Institute for Disabilities (NJID) is one of the largest not-for-profit agencies of its kind in the nation providing services to infants, children, and adults with developmental and related disabilities. We are currently recruiting for group home Assistant Managers in Edison & Marlboro, NJ. The group home Assistant Manager is responsible for training and supervising staff and assisting in assessments and medical appointments. The qualified candidate must have strong organizational and communication skills, have a responsible attitude, and be reliable. The ability to assist with client care and transportation is required. The qualified candidate will share on-call responsibilities with the group home Manager and provide effective leadership and direction to staff in the absence of the manager. Job Requirements:

• An Associate's degree preferred
• A valid driver's license in good standing and must be insurable through NJID's automobile insurance
• Experience working as a supervisor preferred
• Experience with individuals with intellectual, developmental, and related disabilities Edison Work schedule: Tues-Fri 2pm-10pm; Sat 9am-5pm Marlboro Work schedule: Tues-Th 3pm-11pm; Fri 1pm-9pm; Sat 8:30am-4:30pm Other shifts are available at these locations. Benefits:
