Nature and Scope of Job
We are seeking a strong Project Manager to join our team.
Primary Responsibilities
Manage projects in Development ensuring adherence to timelines,
budget, and quality standards.
Bridge and collaborate with cross-functional teams (incl. external
partners where relevant), to define project objectives,
deliverables, and milestones.
Work with the cross-functional project teams to drive progress and
deliverables - hands on when needed.
Monitor and analyze project progress, proactively identify risks
and challenges, and develop strategies to mitigate them while
ensuring key stakeholders are informed.
Drive meetings, develop agendas, communicate meeting outcomes and
track actions until completion.
Prepare project reports, presentations to stakeholders.
Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, promoting
effective communication and teamwork among project team
members.
Be objective sparing partner to team members during solutioning and
troubleshooting.
Additional Responsibilities
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in R&D within the
pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
Proven track record in project management, demonstrating the
ability to effectively plan, execute, and deliver complex research
projects.
Strong leadership skills with experience in leading teams,
coordinating activities, and managing project resources.
Excellent stakeholder, communication and interpersonal skills, with
the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary
teams.
Innovative and strategic mindset, results oriented and with an eye
towards the bigger picture.
Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks
and handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced
environment.
Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and critical thinking
skills.
Familiarity with regulatory guidelines in development
(preferred).
Education & Certifications
Master's degree in a relevant field (preferred), such as
Pharmaceutical science, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry or a
related discipline.
