Job Description:
The Director, Solutions Architect, is a senior level leader
responsible for designing, leading, and managing ecommerce and
marketing platforms and systems. Leads architecture strategy,
oversee teams of solution architects, and ensure e-commerce
technology aligns with business goals.This role also involves
translating business needs into technical solutions, ensuring
robust and scalable systems.Designs and reviews architectural
solutions for complex functional and technical
requirements.Possesses extensive knowledge of e-commerce
technology, analytics, and industry trends and can translate
business needs and requirements into technical solutions, ensuring
they align with company goals.Identifies and recommends new
technologies that can aid the business in achieving its goals.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the solutions development of complex online
ordering platforms while working with system designers to integrate
these platforms with the existing systems.
- Continuously develops and maintains an extensive understanding
of Online ordering platforms, Ordering back-office applications and
integrated enterprise applications
- Develops short and long-term road architecture roadmaps for
applications, aligning development plans and ensuring effective
integration among applications.
- Guides the preparation and execution of long-term strategic
initiatives to ensure integration of current and future
technologies.
- Collaborates with stakeholders to develop and execute the
enterprise architecture strategy and roadmap aligned with the
digital marketing organization's goals and objectives
- Provides technical expertise and guidance to enterprise
architects and development teams
- Establishes and enforces enterprise architectural standards,
principles, and policies across projects and systems
- Collaborates with internal and external teams, stakeholders,
and business leaders to understand their requirements and align
enterprise architectural solutions with business needs
- Defines and drives the enterprise architecture roadmap and
innovation strategy
- Creates and maintains comprehensive enterprise architecture
documentation, including diagrams, design patters, standards, and
guidelines
- Leads and manages a team of highly skilled enterprise
architects, providing mentorship, coaching, and professional
development opportunities
- Conducts risk assessments and impact analysis related to
enterprise architectural decisions and changes
- Facilitates the review and formulation of new software/hardware
platforms with a team of architects.
- Mentors other team members as needed to share knowledge and
contribute to the fulfillment of departmental goals.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Required Education
Bachelor's of Science in Business, Information Technology, or
equivalent combination of education and experience
Required Related Work Experience and Number of Years
- Cumulative experience with Ordering (preferably in Telecom or
Cable industry) design/architecture - 10+
- Relevant industry (e.g., telecom, cable, mobile) experience -
7+PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSPreferred EducationAdvanced management or
technical degree
Architecture Certification
Preferred Related Work Experience and Number of Years
- Technical Skills : Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms
in the context of Cable and Telecom Industry , web development,
databases, security, and cloud technologies. 5+ Years.
- Leadership Skills: Lead and motivate a team, manage projects,
and communicate effectively with stakeholders. 4+ years.
- Communication Skills: Communicate technical concepts to both
technical and non-technical audiences. 8+ Years
- Analytical Skills:Analyze data, identify problems, and develop
solution 8+ Years
- Product evaluation : Evaluation and implementation of new
Products and Tools for Commerce and Marketing Stacks. - 5+
