Indian Creek Foundation is seeking an inspiring and mission-driven Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the organization into its next chapter. In collaboration with the Board of Directors, the CEO will provide strategic vision and operational oversight, ensuring the continued delivery of high-quality services. Key areas of responsibility include financial stewardship, organizational development, team leadership, and program excellence. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires navigating the complexities of industry regulations, championing client rights, and advancing the mission and values of Indian Creek Foundation. The ideal candidate will be a relational leader with a passion for building strong teams, cultivating talent, and nurturing a positive and inclusive organizational culture.



Chief Executive Officer Position Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business, human services, psychology or sociology, or related field
Minimum of ten (10) years of experience working within a human services organization
Previous executive leadership experience within a multi-faceted organization, essential
Experience working in a non-profit organization and working with a Board of Directors, preferred
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Community involvement, strongly preferred
