The role involves orchestrating high-impact projects focused on enhancing urban healthcare infrastructure while ensuring alignment with industry standards and compliance. Lead planning and implementation of project initiatives in the healthcare sector, ensuring timely execution and compliance with all regulatory standards. Manage project scope, budget, and schedule, incorporating best practices in risk management to mitigate potential project hurdles. Coordinate cross-functional teams comprising of engineers, contractors, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive project progression. Maintain constant communication with all project stakeholders, providing timely updates and adapting project plans as necessary to address emerging challenges. Ensure the integration of sustainability practices in all project activities, aligning with Liro Group’s commitment to sustainable development. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management highlighting project status, risks, and expected outcomes. Strong proficiency in project management software and tools. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Advanced knowledge of healthcare industry standards and regulations. Experience in budget management and cost optimization. Ability to manage high-stress situations and make decisions under pressure.
