As a Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing primary care to residents in a skilled nursing facility.Job Summary:The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing and experience working in a healthcare setting. You will be responsible for assessing patient health, performing physical examinations, and developing care plans. You will also work collaboratively with the medical attending/physician and nursing home staff to provide high-quality care.Responsibilities:

• Assess patient health and develop care plans
• Perform physical examinations and obtain medical histories
• Collaborate with medical attending/physician and nursing home staff to provide high-quality care
• Build relationships with residents and families to educate and formulate care plans
• Comply with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing professional publicationsRequirements:
