Beacon Specialized New Jersey, Inc. is currently seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing quality healthcare services to individuals with diverse medical needs.

*Responsibilities:*
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Assist in implementing infection control protocols
- Provide compassionate care to patients in various settings such as hospitals, hospice care, and behavioral health facilities
- Conduct medical imaging procedures as required
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Support patients in managing their health conditions effectively

*Requirements:*
- Valid LPN license in the state of New Jersey
- Proficiency in ICD-9 coding
- Experience in behavioral health settings
- Knowledge of infection control practices
- Ability to perform tasks such as administering inhalation therapy, and monitoring vital signs
- Previous experience working with people with disabilities patients is preferred
