As we prepare to open our state-of-the-art facility, we are seeking talented, motivated emergency veterinarians to join our founding team and grow with us. Position Overview: We are seeking experienced Emergency Veterinarians who are proficient, confident, and compassionate. Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of emergency experience, excellent surgical and diagnostic skills, and a passion for providing outstanding patient and client care. You will work closely with a supportive team of veterinary professionals in a collaborative and modern environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide emergency and critical care to a wide range of patients with professionalism and compassion. Perform emergency surgeries and procedures, including wound management, C-sections, GDV corrections, pyometra, etc. Manage complex medical cases, including diagnostics, stabilization, and hospitalization. Communicate effectively and empathetically with clients regarding treatment plans and patient updates. Maintain thorough and accurate medical records in a timely manner. Collaborate with other veterinarians and support staff to ensure seamless patient care. Participate in maintaining high standards of medical quality, safety, and patient advocacy. Engage in continuous learning and professional development. Qualifications: DVM degree. Minimum 3 years of emergency veterinary experience required. Strong proficiency in emergency surgical skills. Excellent diagnostic, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. Dedication to high-quality medicine, client education, and compassionate patient care. Ability to manage caseloads efficiently while maintaining a positive team-centered approach. Valid New York State veterinary license. What We Offer: Competitive salary.
