Job Description:
Providing exceptional homecare for children with lifelong health
conditions, this role involves delivering licensed nursing care,
maintaining accurate patient records, and evaluating care
effectiveness.
Responsibilities include consulting with physicians, mentoring new
staff, educating families, and participating in quality improvement
initiatives.
Qualifications require an LPN/LVN license, at least 1 year of
experience, a valid driver--------s license (unless prohibited),
CPR certification, and background screening.
Preferred statespecific requirements vary; some do not require
driving or Hep B screening.
Skills include strong communication, ability to lift up to 35
pounds, and working in patient homes with flexible shifts.
