This position involves overseeing the assessment process for residents, coordinating with healthcare teams to optimize care plans, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Your contributions will directly impact the quality of life for our residents.* MDS coordination and scheduling according to regulations.* Ensures that all facility procedures related to the RAI process are followed to maintain all state and federal regulatory compliance standards.* Auditing completed MDSs to ensure that the assessments are appropriately reflecting the residents status according to the RAI.* Functions as a resource person to other clinical staff members to provide education on completing the MDS and corresponding documentation to support the MDS in the residents medical record.* Medicare determination of residents eligibility for Part A covered services, scheduling the required MDSs according to the Medicare PPS regulations.* Coordinates the interdisciplinary team process and the development of resident care plans.* Maintains the medical records of current and discharged residents according to facility policy.* Participate in multidisciplinary QAPI activities* Functions as a member of the facilitys nursing supervisory staff.*What we have to offer RNAC:* Competitive Pay Benefits Package PTO *Up to $10,000 sign on bonus* Referral bonus Engaging and supportive Team*Requirements of RNAC:* Valid state RN license Must be a self-starter able to work independently and efficiently- Must have 2-3 yrs prior RNAC experience*To be considered as an RNAC for our team, please click to apply or check us out online at www.elanseniorlife.org.
