Job Description TalentBurst, Inc is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Mullica Hill, New Jersey. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Med Surg / Telemetry - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 07/07/2025 - Duration: 12 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Registered Nurse - Med/Surg TELE Mullica Hill, NJ Guaranteed Hour: 36 Time Type: Nights 12 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM Unit Description This unit and RN role is primarily an inpatient focused role. All patients will either be observation status or inpatient and will be holding in overflow areas. The nurse will be floated to all to care for admitted patients. Unit is located next to Emergency Dept and can hold up to 4 patients from ED (ED Holds). 1 East RN's should be capable of reading EKG. Any MedSurg/Tele/Stepdown RN to care for Hold patients in the ED, Observation patients or Float to any unit. Entire hospital is set up to be Tele. Additional Information THIS IS FOR A WEEKEND SHIFT- EVERY SATURDAY AND SUNDAY ONE WEEK DAY ROTATING. MS/TELE Float Pool Care for Hold Patients in the ED, or inpatient units. All patients will be Observations or inpatient status holding in the ED or on an inpatient unit. The nurses will float amongst different areas within the facility based on hospital census. Specialty: Must have a MIN. of 2 years' exp. As a MS/TELE RN in an acute setting. Weekend/schedule: 12 hours Sun-Sat, must be available weekends RTO: no more than 3 days License: NJ or compact Certs: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, Stroke CEU's, PCU or Critical care course. Scrub Color: Navy Blue Charting System: Cerner Call off: /t - Client may cancel (call-off) up to one (1) shift per two week period without paying for the cancelled hours. First day instructions(FDI): /t - FDI are emailed directly by the hospital. Please expect 3 emails on the Friday before Monday start date. Please be sure to look in the junk folder as well – emails are sent usually around 2:00 pm on Friday. /t - Monday is a virtual day - Teams call starts around 8:30 - 9 am. Invite/link sent via email. After the Teams meeting, continue the day with 'at your pace' modules sent by the facility. /t - Badge appointment is emailed by the facility to issue the badge and review policy/procedures. The ID badge is very important to obtain prior to Orientation Shift. This is how you will clock in and out – so you can be paid accurately. /t - Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday – orientation classes are scheduled ONSITE 1-4 hours long in early afternoon and details are sent after Monday meeting is completed. These are MUST attend and cannot be rescheduled or missed- you will take the end of class assignment which is required to schedule the orientation shift. /t - Orientation shift - Fri/Sat/Sun shift which will be at the time of the shift hired for and schedule will be made available after Tue/Wed/Thur orientation classes have been completed. /t - The POCT class is scheduled for the 2nd or 3rd week of the assignment. Please share your POCT class date with us once received and remember to attend. /t - You must be available for the full 7 days of the first week for Orientation. No special scheduling is permitted for orientation. If you cannot attend or miss any part of the full orientation the offer will be rescinded. /t /t /tTB_HC Talent Burst Job ID 25-32752.
