Job Description Job Description NOW HIRING: RN MDS COORDINATOR – FULL-TIME (AGENCY-TO-PERM) | DENVILLE, NJ A leading Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation facility in Denville, NJ is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) MDS Coordinator for a full-time role with the opportunity to transition into a permanent position. This role is ideal for a clinically strong, highly organized RN who excels in assessment, documentation, and coordination across interdisciplinary teams.
