Job Description Job Description Physician Practice Enhancement is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Otolaryngologist to join our well-established and growing medical practice in Red Bank, NJ. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated physician looking not only to practice comprehensive ENT care, but also to grow into a Partnership track or full practice takeover Position Highlights Full-time, office-based and procedural practice Established patient base with strong community referral network Supportive clinical and administrative staff Opportunity for professional growth into practice leadership and operational oversight Responsibilities Diagnose and treat disorders of the ear, nose, throat, head, and neck Develop individualized treatment plans and coordinate follow-up care Collaborate with primary care providers and specialists for comprehensive patient care Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation Provide patient and family education regarding conditions and treatments Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives Contribute to the growth and development of the practice, with the opportunity to transition into a medical leadership role.
