Job Description:

services, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Wellness Nurse
RN to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in
providing top-notch health care and nursing services in a setting

You will work closely with a team of medical professionals to
support the health and wellness of our residents through tailored
care plans, ensuring their days are comfortable and dignified.
Conduct comprehensive assessments of patient health needs and
develop individualized care plans Administer medications and
treatments per physician orders and monitor responses Provide
guidance on health maintenance and disease prevention Coordinate
with healthcare providers and caregivers to optimize services
Maintain patient records with accuracy and ensure compliance with
legal regulations Assist in the training of new staff and provide
input on improving healthcare services Proficient in nursing best
practices and standards of care Ability to work effectively in a
team-oriented environment Strong interpersonal and communication
skills Experience with medical software for charting and
documentation Capability to handle medical emergencies and provide
necessary interventions Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid RN license CPR and First-Aid
certification preferred
