Job Description:
Join our team at Jackson HealthPros as a Certified CVOR Surgical
Technologist where you’ll function as a member of a cardiac team,
expertly assisting physicians and nurses in the operating room
during surgical procedures. You’ll ensure the safety and well-being
of patients by preparing the operating room, sterilizing equipment,
and providing support to the surgical team. Minimum Requirements:
Current certification from a program accredited by the National
Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA) BLS
Certification 1.5 years of experience as a certified CVOR
technologist in a cardiac surgical environment Must have scrub
experience Proficiency in heart and lung transplant experience;
kidney experience highly preferred Experience with valve
replacement, coronary artery bypass, TAVR, dissection, VATs Hybrid
Room, Endovascular, vascular experience (i.e., Endovascular AAA,
carotid endarterectomy, arteriogram, angiogram, trans carotid
artery revascularization (TCAR), AV fistula, Fem-Pop bypass) Apply

information. Assignment Details: Shift: Days, 4x10-Hour (07:00 -
17:30) Working Hours: 7a-5:30p for 3 days, 7a-3p for 1 day On Call:
8-hour shift 2 weekdays either 3-11 or 11-7; on-call 24 hours
Saturday/Sunday (one weekend per month) Floating to other units may
be required when CVOR volume is low Location Highlights: Newark, NJ
