Job Description LOCUM Gastroenterologist *137699: North, PennsylvaniaPractice: Boards: Must be certified or truly eligibleCerts: BLS, ACLSLicense: Must have a PA LicenseCreds: 60 daysCoverage: Start: 12/26/2025Duration: OngoingType: 24Hour Call RoundingSetting: InpatientSchedule: Block needs to start Friday at 5 pm and end on the following Friday at 5 pm or 8 am (More dates available after March)Typical Day: 8 am rounding 4-6 outpatient procedures scheduled in endoscopy, usually screening colonoscopies.Weekdays: the physician will meet with the PA on call at 8 am to review patients and round, then will have an average of 5 scheduled outpatient procedures. On call throughout the day/evening.Weekend: Call Coverage, but rounding is needed in the hospital based on volume/patients.Typical Cases: EGD and Colonoscopies, and EUS and ERCP, if the physicians perform them Become an ICON: Never worry about your travel accommodations again!
