At Clover Meadows Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, we are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Aide/Assistant to join our team in delivering exceptional rehabilitation services. This role supports our commitment to enhancing patient outcomes, providing critical assistance to our physical therapists, and helping patients regain their mobility and independence. The ideal candidate will have a passion for healthcare and a compassionate approach towards patient care. Assist physical therapists in the treatment of patients Prepare equipment and treatment areas for patient use Guide patients through prescribed exercises under a therapist’s supervision Maintain accurate records of patient treatments and progress Provide educational information to patients and their families Ensure all safety and sanitary regulations are followed within the treatment area Strong communication skills Ability to handle physical demands of the job Familiarity with medical and healthcare terminology Basic life support (BLS) skills or CPR training Proficiency in using healthcare information systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Certification as a Physical Therapy Aide (preferred but not required) CPR certification
