care in a neonatal intensive care setting, supporting the health

Registered Nurse (RN) licensure Experience in Neonatal Intensive
Care Unit (NICU) nursing Strong clinical assessment and critical
thinking skills Ability to collaborate effectively within a
multidisciplinary team Excellent communication and compassionate
patient care abilities Responsibilities / Duties: Deliver
comprehensive care to neonates requiring intensive monitoring and
intervention Monitor vital signs and respond promptly to changes in
patients conditions Administer medications and treatments as
prescribed Educate and support families regarding their infants
care and progress Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in
