In this role, the therapist will provide high-quality, therapeutic care to individuals, couples, and families, helping them navigate life's challenges in a supportive and understanding environment. Conduct assessments and evaluations to formulate and implement treatment plans Provide therapeutic counseling and intervention for couples, families, and individuals Collaborate with healthcare providers to coordinate treatment and identify patient needs Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with legal requirements Participate in ongoing education and professional development opportunities to ensure best practices Facilitate group sessions, workshops, and seminars as needed Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work effectively with diverse populations In-depth knowledge of therapeutic methods and techniques Experience with crisis management and intervention Proficiency in using healthcare IT systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Valid LMFT license Any additional certifications in specific therapy methods or approaches are considered an asset
