Apply now and a recruiter will reach out with more details. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from a program accredited by the APTA or equivalent. Active New Jersey PT license required to start the assignment. BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred. Experience with documentation in electronic medical record systems preferred. Ability to manage caseloads that include geriatric diagnoses, post-operative care, and chronic condition management preferred.
