Responsibilities
Assist in preparation and execution of leadership and customer
kitchen sessionsExecutes developing, testing and simple to more
complex adjustments or formula modifications of
products/samplesFollows basic GMP, HACCP Procedures, GLP, Safety,
Lab Notebooks and/or other electronic record keeping
toolsCoordination of sample shipments with shipping department in
accordance to customer/salesperson guidelinesDemonstrating
knowledge of and continues to acquire ingredient and ingredient
interaction knowledgeDemonstrating knowledge of and continues to
acquire culinary and product processing knowledgeSTRENGTHS OF A
SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE Able to complete an internship in the summer
(May/June-August 2024)Must be geographically flexible to relocate
to ADM sitesCurrently pursuing a bachelor's degree with a major in
Culinary, Culinary Science, Product Development or other related
field with an anticipated graduation between December 2024 and
Summer 2026Preferred GPA of 3.0 or greaterKnowledge of Microsoft
Office softwareAbility to function effectively, both independently
and with a teamExcellent verbal and written communication skills as
well as the ability to collaborate within various levels of an
organizationOpen to interning in Cranbury, NJ. ADM requires the
successful completion of a background check.Restaurant experience,
Ideally Fine Dining INTERNSHIP DETAILSInternships are 10-12 weeks
in durationInterns are responsible for transportation to and from
workInterns who demonstrate high potential and engagement may be
