Job Description:

HR Assistant Our client is seeking a passionate and dynamic HR Specialist to join their team. The primary focus will be on managing the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. Key Responsibilities: Manage all requisitions using the Applicant Tracking System Screen resumes, conduct light phone screenings of candidates and coordinate candidate interviews with hiring managers Handle onboarding paperwork and processes Posting job openings and managing applications Scheduling interviews with hiring managers and coordinating schedules Facilitating communication between candidates and hiring managers Assisting with the completion of onboarding paperwork for new hires Collaborating with the HR team to identify recruitment needs and strategies Minimum Requirements: At least 1 year of recruiting experience Technical proficiency with HRIS systems is helpful; being tech-savvy is essential Experience with social media platforms for recruitment purposes Passion for recruiting and HR; must be enthusiastic and proactive ZRCFS
