Job Description Job Description Estimator-Fire Sprinkler Location: New York or Florida Work Type: Full-time Job Summary The Estimator is responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for fire protection and construction projects. This role supports the full pre-construction lifecycle, including plan review, quantity takeoffs, bid preparation, and coordination with internal teams to support successful project awards. Key Responsibilities Review construction drawings, specifications, and bid documents Prepare detailed material takeoffs and labor cost estimates Develop competitive bids and proposals within established deadlines Analyze subcontractor and vendor pricing Identify scope gaps, project risks, and cost-saving opportunities Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and field teams Support bid clarifications, negotiations, and change order pricing Maintain accurate estimating documentation and pricing assumptions Qualifications Required: 3 years of estimating experience in fire protection, sprinkler systems, or construction Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Excel Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Preferred: Experience estimating commercial and industrial projects Background in fire protection or sprinkler system estimating Bonus & Growth Opportunity Performance-based bonus and incentive structure Long-term growth opportunities within a stable and expanding organization Company Description W3Global was established in 2006 in Fremont, CA with a vision: simplify the recruiting process and develop an industry-disrupting platform to connect candidates with clients.
