learning experience and integrated curriculum design for Medidatas
users of our leading, unified suite of clinical trials operations
solutions. Lead a team of centralized Instructional Designers, and
work with SMEs across the organization, to produce simple,
engaging, impactful, and timely, learning solution strategies and
designs that delight the customer and are strongly aligned with
business objectives. Responsibilities: The ideal candidate
possesses exceptional skills in these key areas: communication,
project management, learning discovery, people and functional area
leadership in a high-energy, dynamic environment, master at
multitasking. Trusted advisor to stakeholders and executive
leaders, self-starter, and customer solution-focused. Key
Performance Indicators:· Produce integrated, persona-centric
learning paths, integrated into varying offering models:
standalone, embedded in engagements, and customized. Establish
partnerships with Medidata stakeholders that produce global
learning solutions that consistently satisfy learner requirements
and drive business objectives. Create strategic, engaging learning
solution designs that upgrade and expand the impact of our user
learning experiences. This role is a 3d/week hybrid role positioned
out of our New Jersey office; also requires the ability to travel
between the New Jersey office and our New York City office
1d/biweekly. Qualifications: 10 years minimum (15 years desired)
experience as a Director, Instructional Design or related
discipline – producing end user training and learning enablement
curricula and certification programs 10 years minimum (15 years
desired) experience as a People Manager for an Instructional Design
team – managing both remote and onsite talent 10 years minimum (15
years desired) experience designing user learning training and
learning solutions in a Life Sciences context. Clinical Trial
Operations context is preferred Player-coach approach to leading
your team and driving the success of Instructional Design
initiatives. Demonstrated success partnering and collaborating with
team members across functions and tenures Alignment with our
passion and mission to bring smarter treatments to waiting patients
Leading a culture of continuous learning through innovative and
focused learning solutions Education & Technology Proficiencies·
Masters Degree in Instructional Design or a related discipline - or
equivalent years of experience Proficient in ADDIE, SCORM,
Articulate Storyline, Confluence, Google Workspace (G Suite),
PhotoShop, Camtasia, Simplified English, JIRA/agile practices, and
localization readiness best practices Competencies· Learning
Solution Design Thought Leadership Apply best-in-class learning
solution design practices to drive customer learning success and
grow the offering portfolio roadmap Proactively integrate enhanced
or innovative learning technology solutions that upgrade the user
learning experience, minimize costs, and yield competitive
advantage Lead Global Educations advocacy for our global clinical
trial operations learners - including site users and patients

development environment The salary range posted below refers only
to positions that will be physically based in New York Metro Area.
As with all roles, Medidata sets ranges based on many factors
including function, level, candidate experience, and geographic
location. Pay ranges for candidates in locations other than New
York Metro Area, may differ based on the local market data in that
region. The base salary pay range for this position is $135,000 -
$180,000. Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Medidata
provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most
sales positions are eligible for a commission on the terms of
applicable plan documents, and many of Medidatas non-sales
positions are eligible for annual bonuses. Medidata believes that
