Job Description:
Role: Scrum Master Location: Dallas TX / NY/NJ (Day 1 Onsite) -
(Full Time) Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Who are we looking for? We
are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Scrum Master to
join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible
for leading Agile teams in delivering high-quality software
solutions, ensuring that Scrum principles are effectively
implemented and that teams are operating at peak performance. This
role requires strong facilitation skills, a deep understanding of
Agile methodologies, and a commitment to fostering a collaborative
and innovative team environment. Job Description: 8 years of
experience in Agile project management, with at least 3 years as a
Scrum Master. Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams
through the full Agile development lifecycle. JavaScript - Basics
of JavaScript frameworks such as Node.js, React, Angular, etc.
Generative AI - Knowledge of Generative AI, Gen AI based tools like
GitHub Copilot, and basics on frameworks such as Langchain,
Llamaindex. Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum,
Kanban, etc.) and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence). Experience in
scaling Agile practices (e.g., SAFe, LeSS) is a plus. Proficiency
in Agile metrics and reporting to drive continuous improvement.
Familiarity with software development processes and methodologies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong
communication and collaboration abilities. Detail-oriented with a
focus on delivering value. Process Skills: Knowledge of Agile and
Scrum development lifecycles along with modern project management
practices. Experience in coaching teams to adopt Agile principles
and practices effectively. Behavioral Skills: Creative and
effective in oral and written communication, able to engage with
all stakeholders in distributed teams. Strong facilitation skills,
capable of leading discussions and resolving conflicts. Excellent
analytical approach and problem-solving techniques. Able to
prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet
deadlines. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to
respond quickly in a fast-paced environment. Certification: One or
more current Agile certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster
(CSM), PMI-ACP, or equivalent). Additional certifications related
to Agile methodologies or project management are a plus. Join us
