Job Details Responsibilities Design and maintain secure deployment pipelines for highly regulated, enterprise environments Lead and scale self-hosted infrastructure rollouts within financial institutions Ensure operational excellence across reliability, observability, and scalability Contribute meaningfully to backend development in Python and TypeScript Collaborate on the design of systems that support AI agent management Help shape the technical roadmap alongside a senior team of former founders and high-performing engineers Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field At least 3-5 years of experience in a backend or software engineering role with a focus on infrastructure Experience working in a high-growth startup or interesting tech company with a high-talent-bar Strong GitHub or public portfolio demonstrating real-world projects or open-source contributions Deep familiarity with cloud-native and serverless architectures Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes Demonstrated ability to ship secure and scalable systems in high-compliance environments Solid programming skills in Python (required) and TypeScript (Preferred) Interested in hearing more?
