science, we’re in. Are you? About the Role: We’re looking for an
Video Production Specialist on the IT team to help us transform the
lives of patients with serious and rare diseases. Reporting to the
Director, Conference Rooms, Production & Studio Operations, you
execute video capture, post-production, and technical support
functions. The role requires proficiency in professional video
equipment operation, post-production workflows, and
videoconferencing systems administration. What You'll Do: In this
role, you’ll have the opportunity to provide your technical
expertise as Videographer/Editor. You’ll also: Operate
professional-grade video cameras and DSLRs to capture
broadcast-quality footage. Configure and calibrate lighting
systems, professional audio recording equipment and multi-camera
setups for live production environments. Execute post-production
workflows using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere
Pro, Davinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro). Implement digital asset
management protocols and maintain structured file hierarchies.
Administer and troubleshoot Cisco videoconferencing infrastructure
and endpoints. Provide technical support for video meeting
platforms including Zoom, Teams and WebEx. Deliver projects within
specified timelines while maintaining technical quality standards
and broadcast specifications. Who You Are: You are or have: 5 years
of experience in video production. Proficiency with professional
camera, audio and lighting equipment. Knowledge of editing software
(Davinci Resolve, Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
Ability to troubleshoot equipment and technical issues. Good
communication and people skills. Strong time management and
organizational skills. Ability to work well independently as well
as part of a team. You will work: This role is based out of our
Bridgewater, NJ office and requires full-time, in-person presence
to support hands-on collaboration, access specialized equipment,
and/or operational needs. LI-EG1 onsite Pay Range: $48.00-61.00
