Job Description Job Description This Agile Coach role exists to accelerate Agile and DevOps adoption across global IT teams and help move delivery from traditional waterfall to high-performing, value-driven Agile ways of working. You'll influence teams, leaders, and programs to improve how work flows, how value is delivered, and how teams continuously improve at scale. Why You'll Love This Role Competitive pay range of $140,000–$150,000 Join a large, stable, global organization with long-term investment in Agile Opportunity to shape Agile maturity across regions, programs, and delivery models Exposure to diverse cultures, teams, and large-scale enterprise initiatives Your Day-to-Day Lead and support the transition from waterfall to Agile delivery models Coach delivery teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and leaders on Agile values, principles, and best practices Support and guide teams using Scrum, Kanban, Lean, Nexus, LeSS, and SAFe Partner with PMO and program leadership on Agile planning, execution, and reporting Facilitate Agile ceremonies and drive continuous improvement initiatives Deliver Agile onboarding, training sessions, and workshops for teams and new hires Design and run interactive, ad-hoc training using Agile games and liberating structures Promote a DevOps culture , strengthening collaboration between development and operations teams Operate within a matrix reporting model, reporting locally while supporting the Agile Team Leader functionally What We're Looking For Strong, hands-on knowledge of Scrum and Kanban Practical DevOps experience in real delivery environments Experience working with scaled Agile frameworks (LeSS, Nexus, SAFe) Familiarity with Lean, XP, DAD , or related Agile methodologies 2 years of Agile coaching experience 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master At least one recognized Agile certification 10 years of experience delivering IT projects Experience supporting large, complex, and offshore teams Excellent written and verbal English communication skills Nice to Have Experience in the shipping or transportation industry Familiarity with Azure DevOps Knowledge of design patterns Experience with TDD, BDD, and automated testing Based in Warren, NJ Occasional travel to Italy, India, and Switzerland If you're an experienced Agile Coach who enjoys working at scale, influencing across teams and leadership levels, and helping a global organization continuously improve how it delivers value, this is a strong next step in your career.
