Role: As the Enterprise Product Manager at Notion, you will define
how organizations adopt, scale, and succeed with Notion. You'll be
responsible for making Notion a seamless, secure, and powerful tool
for businesses—driving improvements in onboarding content,
permissions, integrations, and overall ease of adoption. Your work
will empower companies to confidently integrate Notion into their
workflows and maximize its value across teams. Notion is
re-defining what Enterprise-grade means in an agentic world, this
means instead of predictable release cycles, you’ll support rapid
product development with controlled deployments. This means,
instead of deterministic software, you’ll help Enterprises unleash
the power from the latest models. This means instead of defining
RBAC for people, you’ll be at the bleeding edge of defining how
agent permissions scale alongside typical identity approaches. What
You'll Achieve: Enterprise Strategy & Roadmap: Expand Notion’s
integrations and extensibility features to enhance compatibility
with enterprise ecosystems. Develop and execute a roadmap that
empowers large organizations to onboard and scale with confidence.
Enterprise Product Development: Work across multiple engineering
teams to drive the scalable systems for user and agent management,
team collaboration, and enterprise analytics to support successful
adoption and ongoing management. Cross-functional Leadership: Be a
champion for a seamless and delightful enterprise experiences
across the company, ensuring the needs of security-minded
organizations shape key product decisions. Partner closely with GTM
teams to deeply understand business requirements, inform the
product roadmap, and support strategic customer deals.
Customer-Centric Development: Engage deeply with Notion’s admin and
builder personas to understand their challenges, workflows, and
aspirations. Use these insights to shape product priorities and
drive solutions that make Notion an indispensable tool for
enterprise teams. Skills You'll Need to Bring: Track record of
success: You have a track record of launching high quality B2B
products that meaningfully impact company outcomes. Data Governance
Background: You have fluency and point of view around access and
governance for enterprise data. Collaborative mindset: You
collaborate well cross-functionally—especially with GTM,
engineering, design, and developer relations. Integration fluency:
You have experience with with MCP servers, API development, and
enterprise integrations. AI-pilled: You have a comfort and an
ongoing curiosity with using AI tools for your product development
process. Ambiguity and Pace Comfort: You have a proactive mindset
even for ambiguous problems with a drive to deliver results with
urgency throughout. Nice to Haves: You have experience building AI
features or products You have a Computer Science background or
equivalent technical experience. You care about having impact in a
high-impact, high-agency, collaborative organization. We hire

equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will
be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and
complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, and may
vary from the range provided below. For roles based in San
Francisco or New York City, the estimated base salary range for
