Job Description Job Description Our client, a well-established law firm, is seeking a Business and Real Estate Litigation Associate Attorney with 3 years of experience to join their growing legal team. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex commercial and real estate litigation matters in a collaborative, professional environment. Key Responsibilities: Represent clients in commercial and real estate litigation, including contract disputes, business torts, lease disputes, and property matters Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda Conduct legal research and develop case strategies Negotiate settlements and appear in court for hearings and trials Advise clients on legal and business-related issues Collaborate with attorneys and staff to achieve favorable outcomes Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school Active Ohio Bar admission and good standing Minimum 3 years of litigation experience, with a focus on business and/or real estate matters Strong research, writing, analytical, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment 3-5 years of commercial litigation experience Experience with breach of contract, business torts, construction, and real estate disputes Benefits: 401(k) with employer match and profit sharing Health, dental, vision, PPO and HSA options Paid time off and holidays Life, short-term, and long-term disability insurance CLE and bar association dues covered Company Description Synectics is a leading staffing and workforce solutions company dedicated to connecting exceptional talent with top organizations.
