Withum is currently seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to support recruiting for offices across the nation. In this role, you will partner with hiring managers to help achieve our aggressive growth goals by sourcing, identifying and hiring accounting, tax and consulting professionals across industries and geographic locations.

How You'll Spend Your Time
Working collaboratively with the Hiring Managers and Manager of Talent Acquisition to understand business objectives and candidate requirements for open positions
Aggressively sourcing firm operations professionals for strategic hires and just-in-time hiring to meet the needs of our growing practice
Recruiting, interviewing and retaining a qualified pool of candidates
Building and maintaining relationships with your clients, candidates and team, while demonstrating strong networking, sourcing and recruiting skills
Strategizing and creating best practices to increase employee referrals and attract passive candidates
Designing job descriptions and sourcing strategies that reflect each position's requirements
Managing the full-cycle recruitment process for all candidates
Sourcing through a variety of channels including the use of social media platforms, events and vendor relationships
Taking steps to ensure positive candidate experience
Managing and enforcing standardized recruitment processes including identification of best practices to be leveraged across the Firm
Acting as a strategic advisor to Partners in Charge/Department Heads and hiring managers on crafting comprehensive search strategies; ensuring a sound understanding of the job responsibilities, requirements, talent gaps and external trends/marketplace data
Conducting market research, develop competitive intelligence on industry trends and developments
Communicating and educating business leaders on policies and processes, including behavioral interviewing, selection and offer negotiation
Partnering with HR and Talent team members to support HR initiatives and harmonize Firm processes as appropriate

The Kinds Of People We Want To Talk To
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, HR or related field required
1-2 years of experience in a professional services environment; public accounting experience, a must
Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding
Understanding of all selection methods and techniques
Proficient in the use of social media and job boards (Greenhouse preferred)
Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems and databases
Self-starter with a strong work ethic and ability to successfully manage relationships with hiring managers
A team player personality with a strong work ethic
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to develop and utilize analytics to identify trends
Ability to prioritize and be flexible in a constantly changing work environment
Strong organization and leadership skills
