Easterseals New Jersey is looking for a hands-on HR Talent Acquisition professional to join our fast-paced, customer-centric team. -In this highly visible role, you will be responsible for driving the collaborative strategy, design, development, and administration of ENJ's recruitment, to deliver outstanding and highly responsive internal and external customer service with a high degree of creativity and flexibility.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related discipline preferred
  • "Hands-on" experience in recruitment & talent acquisition
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate thoughts and ideas.
  • Must have strong organizational skills and be able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels across the organization including senior management.
  • A flexible attitude with the ability to adapt to the changing needs of the organization.
  • Excellent creative and conceptual thinking abilities
  • Strong technical/computer skills (MS Office a must). -
  • Familiar with using Social Media recruitment strategies - - -
  • Strong technical skills in MS Office and ATS / HRIS solutions
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a track record of implementing new initiatives with successful outcomes
  • Excellent judgment and listening skills, with the ability to handle confidential and sensitive issues with diplomacy, discretion, and integrity -About Us!
