Job Description:

Update and review the performance improvement plan quarterly.
Develop and maintain subject matter expertise on industry-wide,
state-specific, client-specific, and Staffing the Universe
credentialing requirements.
Perform duties of a Quality Assurance Coordinator in times of
unusually high volume.
Able to be generally available to respond to urgent escalations
outside of core business hours.
Lead or assist with special projects for credentialing as
needed.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Manage, lead, and provide direction to a team.

materials and procedures, when necessary.
