They collaborate with business partners and key stakeholders to innovatively find ways to promote the brand, and all products and services. They Originate residential mortgage and retail loans and lead efforts in assigned region for community outreach (CRA) via realtors, community organizations and individuals.Salary Range: $86,000 - $105,000Essential Duties:Deliver needs-based financial solutions to consumers in order to capture a greater market share of the bank's footprint and to penetrate underserved areas. Perform outbound sales calling (by phone, virtually, and in person) to drive retail business opportunities to the branch and region. Utilize a suite of products and services that serve the needs of the entire community from low/moderate income to high net worth.Be well versed in bank's retail products and services and capable of self-sourcing that business.Originate residential mortgage and retail loans, including CRA related loans, in accordance with regulations and policies.Build loyal client relationships and a reputation of community integrity by providing prudent financial education and guidance.Work with management in establishing growth, sales, and profit objectives for the office; provide input to these objectives and to the manner in which performance will be measured and controlled.Implement strategies to achieve goals developed for the office and region as part of the Retail Banking Division's annual operating plan.Provide consultative sales guidance, training, and motivation to branch personnel.Ensure that the branch is adequately staffed and is capable of supporting and performing typical branch operational duties.Drives new retail relationships to Branch/region.Highly focused on growing core deposit relationships.Self-sources mortgage prospects.Originates and closes mortgage loans.Facilitates application to closing for retail loans.Responsible for CRA outreach efforts and development. Residential mortgage lending experience, including a knowledge of secondary market guidelines, required. NMLS registration required. Notary, preferred.
